Quintessential 5 star co-op experience, a must on any road trip thru Ashland. Top notch fresh soup/hot/cold bar. Friendliest staff that attracts friendly long-time customer base. Some dry isle items & nutritional supplements are cheaper at Shop'n Kart 2 miles away but don't let that stop you from visiting this amazing institution (since 1972), just visit both.
I love this place. Great healthy, organic and biodynamic food selection. The store is always full of interesting people. Definitely a local grocery store not for tourists. Staff is wonderful. Parking is tight!
Nice salad and hot food bar. I think ill save money in the future by skipping the bottled beverage 😉
One of the best co-ops to ever exist! Having been to many throughout traveling California, AFC takes the cake by a landslide! If you value health and wellness, friendly community/staff and quality products (especially hot food bar/juice bar) - look no further! Since coming to Ashland it’s become one of our favorite places to go 🙂
