My experience was fun, delicious and memorable. Ayden and his manager Pascal were so helpful when I couldn't decide what drink I wanted. They made me a custom nitro with honey and sea salt. It was just the right amount of light sweetness. The standout was the spinach and feta croissant that was the best I've ever had. The team here goes above and beyond with their enthusiasm and service!
I’m pretty picky when it comes to coffee. I’m not into the lighter, green-style roasts at all. I like a proper, old-school dark roast, and this place absolutely nailed it. The roast is spot on, the pull is done right, and the flavor is exactly what I’m looking for. Rich, smooth, and actually tastes like coffee instead of something trying too hard to be different. I also grabbed one of their donuts with sea salt and that was a great call. Really well done and worth it. If you like a solid dark roast and care about how it’s actually made, this place knows what they’re doing. Highly recommend.
This is one of our must stop spots when visiting Ashland. Perfect atmosphere for a coffee shop, not too loud, not too dull. Drinks are top notch, and donuts if you want some sugar. We always stock up on beans to take home to California.
We visited this location twice and the other location twice on our recent vacation. I love that the consistency of the drinks was the same at both locations. Sometimes drinks taste different from one location to the next. Case definitely became a favorite for my coffee-loving family while in Ashland.
Liv and Pascal provide top quality service and coffee consistently. I always smile a little bigger when I see them at the bar; I’m confident it will be a great visit when they’re there. The caramel latte is just off the charts, my wife and I swear they have a magic steam wand or something cause we’ve never had such a smooth latte. It’s the best caramel sauce I’ve probably ever tried.
