The bounty of freshly grilled steak cast upon me today, in this perfectly grilled tortilla, cascading with melty cheese was absolutely delectable. Paired with a mixture of the tart and sweet vinaigrette and the thick creamy queso, not to mention the perfectly salted and fried chips, Was an absolute match made in heaven. And how can I forget, the perfectly tended to drink station with the crispiest of Mr. Pibb to wash it all down. To the triage of burrito rolling musketeers who prepared this meal today, you will go down in history for the services you provide to the public. Thank you.
We were here for our first time, walked in at around 8 pm. The female was nice, I ordered a steak bowl, the lettuce looked gross when they put it on my bowl (like wilted) it was messy inside the building and food was in the sour cream, most of the tables were dirty and wet. I was barely given rice and bean portions. There's no way this was a normal amount. The food was also cold. My steak was unedible. Extremely chewy and hard like a rock. I took photos. We tried to chew it but couldn't, literally all my meat was this way. Idk why it looked so dry too but the rest of my bowl was fine. I'm not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. My kids had the kids chicken tacos with chips (only 5 chips inside the bag). Otherwise no other issues with their food. It could be cleaner here and something was wrong with the steak. And we've never been to this location, we usually go to Medford's Chipotle. We were just passing through Ashland and needed a quick bite.
I’ve noticed the portions at Chipotle have become really disappointing lately, especially considering how expensive everything has gotten. We’ve been here numerous times before and never had issues, but recently we constantly have to ask for extra servings of basic ingredients. For the price you pay now, the amount of food you receive just doesn’t feel worth it. We used to really enjoy coming here, but the consistency and value have definitely gone downhill.
Service was amazing. Layla, Owen, Jacob were all very friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely keep going there to get food.
Great Barbacoa Burrito today. Friendly service and quickly as well. Clean dining area and restroom too. Soda fountain was clean. Utensils were filled as well as the napkins.
