Considering this is the only place with pho in Ashland, p good. Ordered delivery and got all my toppings. Need more chili peppers but the flavor and noodles are p good. Hits the spot without having to drive all the way out of town πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ excited to try the boba next

Very solid pho. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The broth stood out and was super tasty. I also liked the vibe of the restaurant and the travel and recipe videos on the screens. The service was quick and staff was friendly and helpful!

I ordered the vermicelii with beef and egg roll. I eat Vietnamese vermicelli a LOT, so I have an expectation. It came without egg roll, but they brought me one when I asked. The egg roll is all cabbage, not great. The beef tastes like beef and broccoli, like they already have all the beef seasoned for beef and broccoli and just throw it into the bowl with Vermicelli ingredients. They add broccoli to this dish too, so all the more and not your typical vermicelii bowl. It didn't have mint or basil but was covered with a mound of bean sprouts. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. They was no fish sauce, it lists as having sweet and sour sauce, but I didn't taste that either, just the beef and broccoli flavor. So... If you like the idea of a fusion between Chinese beef and broccoli (beef some with the corn starch and all) and a Vietnamese vermicelli bowl, and you have a strong love for bean sprouts, you might love this dish. The fresh rolls were 90% iceberg lettuce and mostly the yellow lettuce at the core of the iceberg wedge which made them bitter. The peanut sauce was good!

I don’t know what this is but it is not Vietnamese food. I travel to Vietnam twice a year a usually eat vermicelli bowls. The grilled chicken vermicelli was not grilled and accompanied fish sauce was not fish sauce. The egg roll tastes like it had been frozen. I can live without the grilling but the sauce is everything with this dish. This is the first Google review I’ve done in about 10 years so it has to be really bad to motivate me to write a review.
