I came to pick my little brother up from his tutoring next door. He was bawling his eyes out this was when I found the female worker there was harassing my brother and making perverted comments towards him. I walked in to confront her and was met with disrespect and was belittled by the store owner, the worker didn’t even apologize and denied the whole situation. The store owner owner gave me a card for a free smoothie with the passive aggressive comment written on it “LET’S MOVE ON” I am truly disappointed and disgusted. I thought so highly of this place. It broke my heart to see my brother (a middle schooler) to go through such disrespect.
I go to Heartsong almost every day for a protein smoothy. They are very attentive and make sure I'm getting exactly what I want and help me figure out what I need! They couldn't be more friendly! Quite often I stay there while I drink my Smoothy sitting at one of the tables. Many of the customers are regulars like me.
I love heart song. I’ve been going here all through high school until I graduated, and still go almost every day. The shakes are delicious, and the old owner Jim made a great recommendation for me, and I look forward for to working under Vik, the new owner. I have had nothing but positive experiences at heartsong, and I look forward to continue marinating the the friendly, relaxing environment that the store provides
We came in thinking this smoothie stop would be a short, 10 minute tops, endeavor. It was by no means quick and there was no sense of urgency or care for the customer. We were the only customers present. We waited over 25 minutes for our smoothies and the employees were in no sense apologetic about the absurd wait time.
The smoothies seem ok -- although expensive but our family had a very upsetting experience there. My son went into the store and an employee began making inappropriate sexual comments toward him. It made him extremely uncomfortable. My daughter later came in to the store to complain about the situation and ended up calling the police because of the harassment. Unfortunately, because there was no physical contact involved, the police said there was little they could do. My daughter is 18, so although she is technically an adult, the situation seemed to be brushed off and she was treated more like a belligerent teenager than someone reporting harassment. I realize that this was the action of one employe but I felt the manager should have taken my daughter's complaints more seriously . The whole experience left our family very disappointed.
