If youβre in Ashland, Oregon, Noble Coffee Roasting is a fantastic stop! The coffee and pastries were so good, thereβs plenty of seating, and the service was amazing. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee while in town.
The best cortado with a lot of flavor notes in the coffee. They put a lot of effort into using great quality beans and making excellent coffee. They picked out one by one of beans thatβs how much they put into. I also like to see the grinder machine have a label for what type of beans they use. I recommend trying it out. I travel around the states and this is my second favorite coffee roaster. Thank you for putting so much effort into your coffee, and I hope it never changes!
Noble represents the very best that Oregon coffee has to offer. Any Californian traveling North along i5 should feel obligated to pass thru here and get a taste of what makes Oregonians tick. [amazing espresso: multiple options. the syphons are great: so rare to find them. cap&cort outstanding. ambiance awesome.] π
Lovely shop, great coffee. Sophia was the best barista - she answered all our questions about the area (we donβt live locally), the coffee, and offered us a few free samples. 100% will be ordering some beans online!
I enjoyed my visit to Noble. A couple of things to note: 1. They serve pressed coffee for non espresso drinks. Please be aware that pressed coffee brewed without a paper filter is known to contain a compound that raises blood cholesterol. Paper filters remove the compound in coffee that has been shown to raise cholesterol. I am guessing that Noble does not use paper filters because there were coffee grounds in my coffee. 2. They do not offer refills on a $4.50 pressed coffee. They charge full price for a refill, as in $9 for a cup of coffee and a refill. 3. Barista was very friendly and gave us a free can of tonic when an order was mixed up. Excellent customer service.
