This is hands down my favorite local bar and grill. The food is consistently excellent, the drinks are always on point, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighborhood hangout. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and treats everyone like a regular. Whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch, watching a game with friends, or grabbing dinner, the service is always great and the experience never disappoints. It's one of those places you can count on every time. Great food, great people, and a relaxed atmosphere keep me coming back. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!
Tried items off the Blue Collar menu today. The Beef Tacos and Chorizo Tacos were both good and tasted great. Also had the Pulled Pork which was very filling but a bit messy. The buffalo chips are amazing! The staff was AWESOME—overall, it's a GREAT PLACE! Check it out!

Trina was an absolute standout! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. She knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without hovering. You could tell she actually enjoys what she does — that kind of energy is rare and makes a real difference. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time!
Drove to Ashton just eat here. Came HIGHLY recommended. One of the FRESHEST Salads I've ever had. I enjoyed a rodeo Garden Burger with perfectly cooked curly fries on a brioche bun sans swine. Fries were exceptional. Not greasy and fully cooked.
