Sammich

Laid-back hub for artisanal sandwiches using local ingredients & house-smoked meats. We brine, smoke, roast, and poach our meats and fish in-house. We serve vegetarian sammiches and salads made from fresh vegetables daily. We make all of our sauces and side dishes from scratch.

This little hidden gem is a must try! Heard of it for years but finally decided to try it out. I ordered a Cubano, they offered me a traditional Cubano with ham or a special one they had with their own prepped meats. I went with their version and it did not disappoint generally have feed back, as in (you should have left this out/added something else) to make the food better. This case was unprecedented. For the first time, I was left speechless there is nothing I would have changed or added! the Sammich was perfect!

When making the drive along the 5, I always plan to stop in Ashland to fuel the car then drive to Sammich to fuel my body for the rest of the drive. I have had several of their sandwiches from the board. We got Da Burg cheeseburger with everything and the Ashlyn turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce to try and scratch that Thanksgiving leftover sandwich itch you know you get once you think about it. Burger was great. Wish I wasn't driving so I could have had one of the beers they were selling. Reports on the turkey was that it was good but make the recommendation for a gravy aioli to complete the turkey day craving. We'll be back.

Delicious sandwiches from friendly people. Tried the Albacore, the Teagan, and tbe Zombie Pastrami. Would order any one of them again in a heartbeat.

Been here several times and every single time it’s better and better! I’ve brought friends from out of town here and they love it. The service is always welcoming and the food is 10/10 highly recommend.

Pastrami zombie was a bit of a disappointment. Slabs rather than shredded pastrami and served cold. I had ordered it hot, it says hot on the signage but came out as a cold pack lunch bag with very light rye bread with a white bread consistency. To the server’s credit they made me a hot one and comped the cold.
