The portions are quite small and inconsistent, as others have mentioned. Don't expect to be satiated. The first time I ordered the steak tacos, they gave me two of them. The second time, they gave me only one. One taco for $10 (including tablespoon sides of beans and coleslaw). I want to support local business but the food is unreasonably priced.
I had two amazing tacos, my order came out in about five minutes and everything tasted fresh and clean. I’m excited to try more if the menu, their new location near the Grange is only a few blocks from my office.
Jade and Josè were so friendly!!! And the food was so so yummy!! Fresh and homemade gloriousness!! We will be going back and will be recommending to friends!
IMHO This is the best taco truck in the valley, tho admittedly I haven't been to every one. For starters, they make their own tortillas. Today I had a mushroom pastor tortilla with sides of pinto beans and slaw for only $9!
There are those moments that remind one of why they moved to a small town, and that there are still good, honest people in the world. This was how we felt today when me, my wife, and our dog stopped by Tacos Libertad for lunch. All we can say is WOW!! The food is absolutely amazing. The tacos come in a very generous size, packed with amazing ingredients and flavors, and the bowl my wife got was full of fresh and delicious options. Oh and the beans; they are the best pinto beans ever! Our dog was also given a nice little treat by Jose. We are so happy to have finally tried Tacos Libertad. The only regret is we did not do it sooner. This is what we always refer to as "honest food" and it is made by the most wonderful couple. You can feel and taste their pride and love in every bite. Run, don't walk to Tacos Libertad and enjoy their amazing offerings. Thank you Tacos Libertad for creating such amazing food!!
